Avon Place Welcomes New Director of Nursing

Avon Place has had the pleasure of welcoming some new faces into our building, and we want to take this opportunity to show our community who these wonderful individuals are. It is our employees who uphold our principles, demonstrate our vision of working for a better future for people, deliver on our customer promise and make us the passionate organization we are today.

Meet our new Director of Nursing, Deb Krasienko! Deb has been a Nurse for over 18 years, three of those years with Foundations Health Solutions. She has jumped around within a few of our sister facilities, including Keystone Pointe as a floor Nurse, The Woods on French Creek as an Assistant Director of Nursing, and now is here with us at Avon Place as our Director of Nursing.



"Nursing runs in my family. My mother was a Nurse and I enjoyed watching her take care of people. I started my career in nursing to help my family, following in my mother’s footsteps. That is where I developed a passion for healthcare. I love serving others and making a positive impact on the residents."
