Avon Place has a couple of new additions to our team! Meet Our Leadership!

First, we would like to introduce Reenna Baranski as Avon Place's new Licensed Social Worker! Recently, Melisa Conrad (pictured on the left below), our previous LSW, transferred to one of our sister facilities, The Woods on French Creek, and Reenna is stepping in to take her place. Reenna previously worked at a Long Term Care facility for four years as their Director of Social Services. We are so excited to have her on our team!



We would also like to congratulate Leigh Bitner on her promotion to DON! After years of contributing to our 5-star rating, Jennifer Mounts (pictured on the right below) transferred to French Creek as well. Leigh has been working closely with Jennifer as our Assistant Director of Nursing. It was an easy transition when Leigh was promoted to Director of Nursing because we have already seen her in action! We know she will be amazing and could not be more excited to watch her grow in her new position. Congratulations Leigh!



We are sad to see Melisa and Jennifer go and are so grateful for the work they have done for our residents, our team, and our community. Reenna and Leigh are both ready to pick up right where they left off and will continue to build our Culture of Care at Avon Place.
