Meet our New Administrator

We'd like to welcome our new Administrator, Brian Holzheimer, to the team! Being a part of the Foundations Health portfolio, the largest healthcare provider in Ohio, we love sharing about the incredible individuals inside our facility that make a difference every day. We are committed to expanding our team with individuals who are truly passionate about long-term care and dedicated to upholding our Culture of Care.

Although Brian is new to Avon Place, he is not new to our company, Foundations Health Solutions. He's been working for Foundations for three years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He comes to Avon Place with over ten years of administrator and long-term care experience. We are so excited to have him with us!

"I am excited to be a part of the team at Avon Place. Avon Place has amazing staff members, many of which have been with us for 15-plus years providing consistent, excellent care and longevity. My mother was a Nurse Practitioner and encouraged me to follow my heart and career in healthcare, where I can make a positive impact in people’s lives. My wife, Megan, and I have two children, Mila and Grayson. We also share our home with Finnleigh, our Golden Retriever.

I am looking forward to working with the residents and staff at Avon Place. They are an outstanding group of people. My focus, hope and goal is to continue to make progress and move the needle forward in a positive direction for care, operations and culture."
